In 2004 we were invited to pitch to the leading Sports hospitality producer DG3. This Australian based company were looking for a European supplier to work with them on the Athens games . They had three clients to provide services to, The International Olympic Committee, Sports Illustrated Magazine and NBC Television. We won the pitch against 4 other companies and were delighted to be on board.

We were tasked with coordinating their designs into reality and bringing a team together to realise the sound, audio visual, lighting and interior décor required. We commissioned everything from Chandeliers to 5 ft tall Greek urns with the Olympic logos inset. All the furniture was bespoke, including banquette seating, bar stools, dining tables, bars, fun party furniture and props. We installed bespoke hospitality suites in over 2000sqm of marquees and one party fit out in a beach side night club.

In 2005 we were asked to come back by DG3 and deliver four suites in Torino for the 2006 games. The clients were, John Hancock Bank, The International Olympic Committee, NBC Television and General Electric. We were tasked with working in the Palazzo Madama , providing complete kitchen, power and internal finishing to compliment the beautiful Palazzo for the International Olympic Committee . We provided external lifts to the building to facilitate the quick transfer of food from the fully fitted out professional kitchens we had supplied at ground level. We had seating for over 500 and dining rooms specially decorated with bespoke furniture and Olympic branding inset into the furniture. We commissioned all the furniture, lighting, bars, ice cream parlours and once again the carpets!

The internal fit out For John Hancock's was outside Milan in a 5 star hotel where we provided bespoke furniture to fit the hotels décor in a club room at the hotel.

The fit outs for NBC, General Electric was in a specially designed structure to fit into the Turin Golden Palaces' newly finished courtyard.

All fit outs had their challenges at both games but our teams of suppliers met each challenge and delivered a project we can all be proud of.
